Mother's Day Market Vendor Registration

Calling all local vendors for our 1st annual Mother’s Day Market in downtown Cle Elum! Please complete the form below to secure your booth space. We are waving all booth fees for 2021. Thank you for your interest!

    • Booth spaces are 10x10. You are responsible for your canopy if you wish to bring one, and all poles need to be weighted down with at least 20lbs per pole. The event will take place RAIN or SHINE. Thank you for being prepared! Setup starts at 1:00 pm on Friday and 9:00 am Saturday. No cars within closed street area after 2:00 pm on Friday and 10:00 am on Saturday. Takedown needs to be completed by 5:00 pm on Saturday.
    • By submitting this form you agree that the Cle Elum Downtown Association (CEDA), the City of Cle Elum or event sponsors are in no way responsible or liable for the number of sales, personal property losses or damages, or injury resulting from involvement in this event. CEDA has the right to approve all products and displays at this event and ask for the removal of any product/display that does not fit our guideline or quality standard. Participation in this event constitutes acknowledgement and agreement to these terms.
    • Vendors must comply with all state and local COVID-19 mandates including, but not limited to: wearing face masks, maintaining physical distancing with shoppers. minimizing or eliminating shoppers' ability to touch products they are not buying (placing an extra table in front your booth), and disinfecting check-out counters and payment touchpads at least every hour.
